Beautiful.ai Pro is $14.50 per month billed annually for individuals. The Team plan is $40 per user per month billed annually, or $50 billed monthly, for 2 to 20 seats. A monthly option at $45 covers one-time projects. Enterprise pricing is custom. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with unlimited access to all of Beautiful.ai’s features, so you can create, edit, and share presentations free while you decide. The Beautiful.ai Pro plan gives individuals everything they need to present with impact, including unlimited slides, AI-powered content generation, PowerPoint import/export, viewer analytics, and access to a rich inspiration library of customizable presentation and slide templates.

You can try out Pro or Team plan features with a 14-day free trial, which gives you unrestricted access to everything in the plan—unlimited slides, AI-powered content generation, analytics, and more. A free trial requires a credit card to get started, which will be charged in full if you don’t cancel your trial before the trial period ends.

Once you sign up, you will have the option to try our Pro features for 14 days before purchasing. A credit card is required for the 14-day Pro trial. During your trial, you will be able to create unlimited slides with full access to all Pro features including Custom Fonts, Analytics, and the Desktop Player. After your trial expires, your credit card on file will be charged automatically unless you cancel your Pro subscription before the 14 days are up. Your billing cycle will begin at the end of your trial.

Smart Slides are templates that intelligently adapt to your content as you work. Or, you can choose to work without our design guardrails and start with a blank Classic Slide, best for when you need more creative freedom and control over your design.

You may cancel your Beautiful.ai subscription on the Billing section of your Profile. When you cancel your subscription, you can use Beautiful.ai Pro until the end of your billing cycle. To delete your account entirely, visit our FAQ page here.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if a request is submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase or renewal. Cancellations made after payment has been processed—whether for a trial or renewal—will be charged the full monthly rate for that billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
