1. Slide Status

Real-time notifications are a game changer when it comes to collaboration. With's Slide Status update, you get notified whenever a slide's status changes. Each slide can be marked as To Do, In Progress, On Hold, or Done

This categorization provides a clear visual representation of the status of your entire project at a glance–and keeps everyone informed so your team stays aligned.

Now you can collaborate asynchronously by reacting promptly to edits; whether you’re moving a slide from To Do to In Progress or marking a task as Done. This level of awareness helps prioritize tasks and address bottlenecks as they arise.

You can also customize notification settings to suit your preferences. Whether you want to be alerted for every change or only significant updates, you have control over the flow of information.

2. Transpose Table Data

Transpose Table Data simplifies managing table slides in With a single click, you can switch the rows and columns of your data, making it easier to visualize and interpret. 

By eliminating the need for manual copy-pasting, Transpose Data saves you time and reduces the risk of errors. This should be particularly useful when you need to present the same information from different perspectives or notice that your original data layout could be improved. 

Whether you're updating financial reports, creating market analysis, or presenting survey results, this feature ensures that your data is displayed most effectively. By streamlining the data organization process, Transpose Data enables you to focus more on analysis and insights, making your Table Slide more impactful.

3. Search for presentations in your browser of choice

No more endless scrolling or searching within the app to find last week’s campaign deck. Just type the presentation name in your search bar of choice. slides are now accessible in browser history. 

Easier access means less frustration, saving time and keeping your team focused on what truly matters—creating compelling, professional presentations that drive your business forward.

4. Generate a Smart Slide with relevant content from a placeholder in a single click

Don't let an incomplete idea block your flow. Placeholder Slides are the perfect way to pin an idea while you build your story arc. 

Jot down your thoughts on a Placeholder Slide and return to them later. Then click the 'Generate' button below your Placeholder Slide, and the AI does the rest: it selects a relevant Smart Slide template and populates it with content based on your notes.

This approach allows you to maintain your creative flow and ensure complete ideas from stalling your progress. By using AI to bridge gaps in your content, you can stay focused on the bigger picture.
